We Are NOT Closing - New Owners

 We are excited to announce that A Novel Idea Book Parlor is slated to have new owners starting May 30th!

Cornel and his wife Cindy are very excited to take over and add their own touches to the business.

Thank you everyone who has been supporting myself, Hannah, and our store over the last 5+ years. I'm excited to see the store in new hands and move onto my next adventure!

Come see us before the transition to see Hannah or Bobby (he is moving on to a new job ). Kyle is currently planning to stay on a bit longer.

Big Announcement

 

Big announcement:

We are planning to close A Novel Idea Book Parlor at the end of August (the end of our lease).

The most obvious question is “why are you closing?”.

It ultimately boils down to : it is time for other pursuits!

We will be posting a video soon with a more in depth explanation behind our decision.

Our current plan is that for May and June everything will be business as usual processing books and movies to go on the shelves. In July we will start liquidating our inventory, and then in August we will be liquidating our fixtures.

At the time of closure we will have been in business almost 6 years! (Jan 2018 to August 2023)

I want to thank everyone for their support over the years and for the continued support as we enter these final months!
